Sarah Post’s Profile

I am an Independent Registered Social Worker and Court of Protection Visitor for the Office of the Public Guardian. I qualified as a Social Worker in 1995. Having worked in the Statutory, Voluntary, and Private sectors, I have  extensive care management experience in health and social care settings. My work includes capacity assessments and Best Interest Decisions, identifying and clarifying current and future care planning, liaising with medical teams and social care teams, brokerage for care packages and longer term resource identification and facilitation. Working as an Independent Case Manager and Advocate I provide independent case management support, involving complex statutory work, to individuals, carers, and their families and to professional Deputies.

BA (Hons) Social Policy and Administration. Certificate and Qualification in Social Work. CQSW.
